Safety and efficiency on the job is our top priority. All Young & Pratt skilled shop and field employees have completed OSHA-10 training, and many of our foremen have completed OSHA-30 training.

And we don’t stop there – we use a third-party job site safety inspection service in our shop and on our projects, and our employees go through a multi-year training program to give them the skills to do the job safely the first time.

Sustainability drives us. We’re a proud participant in LEED, with 100% recycling of our shop fabrication metals, specially-designed skylights in our fabrication areas to eliminate electrical lighting during normal working hours, and skilled craftsmen striving to coordinate projects to eliminate waste.

The bottom line? Young & Pratt couldn’t say “since 1922” without being safe, efficient, and planning for the future.
